VCP originates senior secured bridge loans on quality multifamily and commercial real estate assets, predominately in the Western United States. VCP is powered by the Veleta platform, which offers in-house loan servicing, construction and asset management services, ensuring a high-touch client relationship experience. Veleta uses new technology and data-driven analytics to create maximum value for its clients and investors.
